Beginners
Beginners are welcome in all our classes except for Intermediate Yoga.
Most beginners start with Yoga Basics. For a more gentle introduction, try Gentle Yoga. For a more vigorous class try Yoga Mix or Breakthrough Training.
Clothing and Props
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid bulky sweat-pants and sweat-shirts. Please remove your shoes before entering the yoga room.
You do not need to bring a yoga mat. We have props available for your use. If you would prefer to use your own mat feel free to bring it with you.
Weather
If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, there will be an announcement on the answering machine (636-5656) and on this web page at least one hour before the start time of any scheduled class.
Meals
For your comfort, avoid full meals at least three hours before class. A light snack is ok. Please don’t bring food into the yoga room. For your safety, discard your chewing gum before class
Changing Rooms
Changing rooms are available for you to use on the second floor. Please bring your clothing and other items upstairs and store them in the cubbies provided outside the classroom. Please bring purses and other valuables into the yoga room.
